| Directions | To prepare crust, preheat oven to 375°F. Combine oats, sugar, margarine and salt until blended. Press mixture evenly against sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. To prepare filling, beat cream cheese, add powdered sugar and orange juice, beating until smooth. Stir in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill 15 minutes. Place strawberries, points up, on top of filling. Drizzle marmalade over strawberries. Chill 2 hour before serving. Makes 8 servings. |
