Mix all ingredients well and place in muffin tin lined with paper cups - bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes. These freeze well. Best if frozen when they are freshly made.
*Can substitute 1 C. grated pear or 1 C. of banana puree or 1 C. of pumpkin for zucchini.
