In bowl place oats, bran, margarine, and cover with the water. Allow the mixture to cool to lukewarm, about 45 minutes. In another bowl put sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Add eggs and vanilla to cooled oat mixture. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients. Put batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. |
