| Directions | Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Mix well and add oil and egg. Stir in oatmeal and orange juice. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into 12 paper-lined muffin cups. For topping, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tops of muffins. Bake at 400° for 18 - 20 minutes. |
