| Directions | Wash, quarter and cook apples in microwave until tender. Run through a sieve. You should have about 5 qts. pulp. Add 1/2 as much sugar as you do pulp. Add spices. Cook in crock pot for about 6 hours starting on high and reducing heat to low in about 4 hours. You must stir occasionally. Pour in hot jars and seal immediately. Makes 9 - 10 pts. |
