| Directions | Mix dry ingredients together. Mix liquids and add to dry mixture. Fold in walnuts and dates. Grease muffin tins and fill three-fourths full. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. These may not brown on top. Great for helping to lower cholesterol. Can be frozen and reheated in microwave. |
