Bake 350° until slightly brown Put 3 cups coconut milk, malagkit rice, 1 tsp salt and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. When it boils, lower the heat and let it simmer until it is dry. (Stir from time to time to avoid burning the rice). Grease the pan and then spread the cooked rice on the pan. Combine the 3/4 cup coconut cream and 3/4 cup white sugar and pour it on top of the cooked rice in a pan. Bake it at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the top is slightly brown. Let it cool and serve. |
