| Directions | Bring water, vinegar, salt and chili powder to a boil. Pack jars with green beans, add one clove of garlic and a head of dill to each jar. Pour hot vinegar mixture over contents of jar. Put jars in hot water bath. If using pint jars, boil for 5 minutes, quart jars for 15 minutes. |
