| Directions | Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix in both cheeses and onion. Stir in pecan chips. Spread in a 9 inch round pan lined with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Dump upside down onto serving platter and remove plastic. Spread preserves on top of cheese spread and serve with assorted crackers. |
