Directions

Combine molasses, honey, milk and oil, cooking to soft ball candy stage.

Blend in peanut butter.

Quickly stir in sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds.

Spread in greased pan, cool and cut into bars.

-		1/2 cup molasses
-		1/2 cup honey
-		3/4 cup whole milk
-		1 tablespoon oil
-		1/2 cup peanut (or other nut) butter
-		1/2 cup sesame seeds
-		3/4 cup sunflower seeds
-		1 1/2 cups almonds (or other nuts)
