Peel and dice tomatoes, dice onions, carrots, celery, pepper. Mix all ingredients in stainless steel pan. Cook until tender. Cook down by about l/3. Let cool. Put 2 cups in blender and put into freezer bags and freeze.
Can also put in canning jars. Process in pressure canner 15 minutes. Batch can be doubled.
