| Directions | In a food processor, add basil, edamame, nuts, and optional ingredients; garlic and parmesan cheese. As the pesto is being processed, add olive oil slowly. Can make as thin or thick as you'd like - can always add more olive oil later. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can be used for pasta, pizza, as a dip, etc. |
