| Directions | Combine persimmons, lemon juice and red hots, which have been melted in 1/2 cup hot water. Add Sure-Jell. Bring mixture to full boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar. Return to a full rolling boil for 1 minute and continue stirring. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. |
