Combine apple and lemon juice in small bowl; toss to coat. Drain pineapple, reserving 4 tsp juice. Thread apple pieces, marshmallows, grapes and pineapple on small skewers. Whisk together yogurt and peanut butter in small bowl until smooth. Stir in reserved 4 tsp pineapple juice. Serve fruit skewers with peanut butter sauce for dipping. Six inch wooden skewers can be used for this recipe. |
