Stack bread slices; cut diagonally into triangles. Place on serving place with points facing inward to form butterfly wings. Combine cream cheese, honey and cinnamon in small bowl. Roll cream cheese mixture into 2 balls and place between bread slices at points, pressing down at points to lift top slice of bread. Place baby carrots in center of bread to create body. Cut tips from celery for antennae. Decorate wings with carrot strips and apricots. |
