| Directions |
- Preheat the grill.
- Sauté onion in butter. Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
- Place the short ribs on the grill and cook until nicely charred on one side.
- Turn over and baste with the barbecue sauce. Turn one more time and baste again with the sauce. Grill for another few minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve with remaining barbecue sauce.
