| Directions | Cut bacon slices into 1/3's. Drain water chestnuts and wrap each one in a 1/3 slice of bacon, securing bacon with a toothpick. Place chestnuts in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with a piece of foi1 To prevent splattering. Bake at 350 to 375° for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Drain off grease. Mix together peaches, brown sugar and ketchup. Dip chestnuts in this mixture and place back in dish. Pour remaining sauce over chestnuts and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. |
