| Directions | Heat oil over medium heat. Mince garlic and chop onion. Add to oil. When garlic and onion are clear, add flour, yeast, and tamari so that a paste results. Fold in water. Keep heat low so mixture does not burn, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add sage and balsamic vinegar. Preparation Time: 20 minutes |
