| Directions | Place strawberries in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add lemon juice and sugar. While processing gradually add vinegar and oil in s steady stream. Process until thickened. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into jar or bottle. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
