Drain marinade from 1 jar of artichoke hearts into frying pan. Add onion, garlic and saut for 5 minutes. Beat eggs. Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and hot pepper seasoning. Stir in cheese, parsley and chopped artichoke hearts. Bake in 9 X 11 pan at 325 for about 30 minutes. Cool. Cut into 1 inch squares. Can be frozen and reheated. |
