 | Directions | Sift together dry ingredients. In small bowl, combine eggs, milk, and melted butter; add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Add mashed bananas and stir. Bake on hot griddle or heavy fry pan with generous amount of butter or margarine. NOTE: These will take twice as long as a regular pancakes to cook. |
