Onion & Mushroom Sauce - Recipe

Serve over steaks, hamburgers, pork roast or pork chops. This is loaded with flavor, you might just eat it on it's own.

Directions

In a large skillet, cook onions and mushrooms in butter over medium-high heat until tender and golden.

Add teriyaki, Sherry and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 20 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.

Cook Time: 20 minutes

-		8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
-		1/2 cup butter
-		2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
-		4 ounces cooking Sherry
-		1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
