| Directions | Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Turn down heat and allow to boil for 7 minutes without stirring (timing is important). After 7 minutes, remove from heat and stir in vanilla & sherry. Serve while hot over favorite ice cream. This is a great holiday dessert. (When re-heating, do not allow it to boil.) |
