| Directions | Wash, peel and core apples. Cut into small chunks. Spray large crockpot with pam and put in apples and apple juice. Cook on high for 5 hours. Add other ingredients and cook for 6 hours on high. Stir once each hour. Pack and seal in half pint jars. Makes appx 5-6 jars. |
