Combine warm water, oil, sugar and salt. Sprinkle yeast over mixture. All yeast dissolves and mixture gets bubbly. Mix flour and knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 5-10 minutes. Divide into pizza crusts and roll into desired thickness on a floured surface. Top with desired toppings and bake in 400 degrees F oven for 15-20 minutes on a baking sheet. |
