Directions
Cut deer meat in strips.

Mix all ingredients except the meat and pour mixture over meat and let set in the refrigerator for a couple days. Make sure you stir it throughout the 2 days.

Then place your soaked meat on a dehydrator. It usually takes about 1 1/2 days for it to dry out.

When your meat is good and dry then your jerky is done. MMMMMM DELICIOUS!

 
 
Ingredients
-2 1/2 pounds deer meat
-1 teaspoon liquid smoke
-1/4 cup teriyaki
-1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
-1 tablespoon salt
-1/2 - 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/3 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/3 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
