| Directions | Put first 5 ingredients in cooker and boil. Turn off heat, add lemon juice and 2 to 3 drops food coloring. Slice apples, put in jars, add mixture. Makes 7 qts. Cold pack for 25 minutes. It takes 1/2 bushel of apples to make 12 qts. |
