Directions
Cut meat into serving size pieces. Season with salt and pepper and roll in flour. Brown meat in oil. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 6 to 8. Serve over rice if desired.
