| Directions | Grease 9x13" pan. Melt butter in small pan. Stir in flour and salt. Slowly add milk and water. Cook until thick. Add 1 c. of cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Brown meat and onions; drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Break spaghetti in thirds, cook, drain and rinse. Add the sauce to meat mixture. Place in pan; spoon the cheese on top, adding the remaining cup of cheddar cheese last. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. |
