Directions

Heat oven to 375°. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and add-in of your Option choice.

Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Make an indentation in center of each meatloaf with spoon; fill with sauce from your Option choice. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Top with cheese; continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

-		1 pound extra lean ground beef
-		1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix (6 ounce box)
-		1 cup water
-		OPTION 1:
-		1 teaspoon garlic powder
-		3/4 cup barbecue sauce
-		3/4 cup american cheese, shredded
-		OPTION 2:
-		1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-		3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
-		3/4 cup Italian cheese, shredded
-		OPTION 3:
-		2 teaspoons chili powder
-		3/4 cup chunky salsa
-		3/4 cup mexican cheese, shredded
