| Directions | Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs until they are "soaked". Add onion, carrots, cheese, ground beef and pack in a loaf pan or baking dish. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spread on top. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Makes great leftovers and freezes well.This meatloaf will not crumble. It slices beautifully and is fine fare for company. It is a clever way to work in some veggies. |
