| Directions | Beat eggs in blender until thick and lemon colored. Add flour and dry ingredients and blend until smooth. Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto griddle and spread out. Flip when bubbles form on top. Serve rolled up with butter and cinnamon and sugar, powdered sugar or jam. |
