| Directions | Boil milk and broth, add polenta and cook until soft mixture. Cook bacon in oven-ready skillet (large enough to hold everything); add ground meat to bacon and brown. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, and chili powder and cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Add tomatoes last, mix well and cook until bubbly. Pour polenta over meat mixture and broil for few minutes. Add cheese, broil until melts. |
