| Directions | Brown meat with onion & bell pepper. Drain. Add sauce, mushrooms & seasonings; simmer while preparing crust. Separate dough & press into a deep, lightly greased 9" pie pan. Combine the egg with 1 C. cheese & spread over the dough. Cover with the hamburger mixture & top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°- 375° for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
