| Directions | Wipe cod steaks with damp towel. Place in a greased baking dish. Melt butter; add salt and Worcestershire sauce and pour over fish. Lay onion slices over steaks and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 servings. |
