| Directions | Thoroughly mix the ground turkey and seasonings. Grease skillet with non-fat cooking spray or olive oil over medium heat. Shape into 2 1/2 - 3 oz. patties. Add patties or loose ground turkey to pan and fry thoroughly. Uncooked patties my be frozen. |
