| Directions | Sauté scallops in 1 tablespoon of butter for 2 minutes. Stir in soup, then season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of pepper sauce. Put in buttered shallow baking dish. Mix cheese, bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted butter together, and pour over top of scallops. Broil until lightly browned. |
