| Directions | In large skillet, sauté green pepper and onion in butter or olive oil until tender. Remove from skillet and set aside. Mix salt, pepper and flour together and coat liver pieces. Cook liver in same skillet until almost done. Add the green pepper and onion, sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, mix and heat on low for 5 minutes.. Serve with plenty of mashed potatoes!! |
