 | Directions | Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Cook meat, with onions, celery and garlic; drain grease. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and sugar; season with paprika, oregano, salt and cayenne pepper, if desired. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in cooked macaroni in and turn off heat. |
