| Directions | Brown sausage. Remove from pan, melt butter, sauté onions 5 minutes. Blend in flour. Stir in broth until mixture boils. Add sausage, potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper. Bring to boil, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. |
