In a large (1 gallon) resealable bag combine all ingredients, except the roast, seal the bag and squeeze bag gently to mix well. Add the roast. Seal bag and turn several times to coat the roast. Refrigerate overnight. Drain and discard the marinade
Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake uncovered @ 350° for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes an slice. Makes 12 - 14 servings. Use a meat thermometer to insure doneness to your liking, medium is 160°.
