| Directions | In a plastic bag mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, set aside. In a small bowl combine garlic and oil. Flatten chicken into 1/2 in thickness. Cut into 1 inch strips. Dip in oil, then place in plastic bag and shake until well coated. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. |
