Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10" pie plate. Cook and stir ground beef and onions in pan over medium heat until beef is brown; drain. Spread into pie dish. Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into pie dish. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese and bake 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
Recipe can be doubled and baked in 9" x 13" dish.
