 | Directions | Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Roll in flour, shaking off excess. Brown both sides in a pan over medium-high heat. Place into sprayed baking dish. Add onion slices, tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Add bay leaf and garlic. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350° or until tender. Remove bay leaf and garlic before serving. |
