| Directions | In a nonstick skillet, brown beef, garlic and ginger over medium heat until browned, breaking up into crumbles. Remove beef; pour off drippings. In same skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot. Stir-fry bell pepper and peas 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add beef, rice, soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well. Heat through, about 5 minutes. Stir in green onions. |
