| Directions | Place pork chops in a lightly greased casserole or baking dish. Place a slice of lemon on each. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar. Add ketchup. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 to 1.5 hours (depending on thickness of chops.) Uncover during the last 15 minutes of baking. |
