| Directions | Mix butter, sauce, and garlic salt together and baste over fish. Grill on medium low heat until just opaque. While fish is grilling prepare Parmesan cheese: put in small pan with olive oil and heat on very low heat until cheese is golden brown. Be careful not to scorch! Spread over grilled fish and serve immediately! |
