| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. For seasoning, in a small bowl, combine cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, lemon pepper, and black pepper. Brush one side of each fillet with melted butter; sprinkle with seasoning. Repeat on other side, coating each fillet completely. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add any remaining butter to skillet. If needed, add up to 2 T. olive oil. Place fillets in skillet; sauté about 4 minutes or until blackened, turning once. Transfer fish to baking dish. Drizzle with Italian salad dressing. Bake about 15 minutes or until done. Prep time: 20 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes. Serves 3 or 4. |
