| | Directions | | Spray inside of crock pot with Pam spray. Roll 3-5 wads of aluminum foil into 2-3 inch balls. Put the aluminum balls on the bottom of the crock. The chicken is going to sit on these. Wash chicken inside and out and dry with paper towels. Spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Put chicken breast side down in the crock on top of the aluminum balls. Cook on high 6-8 hours. |
