1. Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Cut bacon strips in half crosswise. 3. Place a pineapple chunk in the curve of a shrimp, then wrap the bacon around the shrimp and pineapple and secure with a toothpick. 4. Wrap and secure all 12 shrimp. 5. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until bacon is crispy and shrimp is opaque. |
